This restaurant purchases an entire A5 grade Yonezawa beef from Yamagata, allowing you to enjoy high-quality yakiniku from various parts of the beef.

Not only the meat, but also the rice and vegetables are carefully selected. Please enjoy dishes made with carefully chosen ingredients along with a variety of alcohol, including sake from Yamagata.

The interior, which feels the warmth of wood, also offers fully private rooms.

    Four Select Beef Varieties
    We offer a selection of four recommended special beef cuts of the day, including Yonezawa beef kalbi and thigh, popular beef tongue, and premium Yamagata beef harami. Please also enjoy the colorful and vibrant grilled vegetables.

    Rice
    We use homemade Koshihikari rice grown in Yamagata Prefecture. The rice, personally cultivated by the company president, has a completely different delicious taste and distinct grain texture when cooked. It is prepared with alkaline water and cooked using the Odori-daki method to produce freshly cooked rice with enhanced flavor.

    Today's Soup
    The soup base is made by extracting broth primarily from Yonezawa beef bones, several kinds of vegetables, and three types of natural dashi. Depending on the ingredients of the day, we serve soups such as "Red egg soup from the mountain foothills" or "Fresh wakame seaweed soup from Sanriku."

    Three Side Dishes of the Day
    We prepare homemade kimchi and namul, and during the season when mountain vegetables are in their prime, we also offer ohitashi (boiled greens).
