    I made a pâté with lever and foie gras. I will finish it with caramelization. Served with grilled baguette over charcoal. It is an appetizer that goes well with wine.
  • Homemade custard pudding

    This is a homemade pudding made with the finest eggs from Hyogo Prefecture. The rich taste of the yolk stands out even in the pudding!
