The owner handpicks fresh seafood every morning at the market, sourcing from various regions across the country. While cherishing the tradition of Edomae sushi, our original nigiri displays a perfect balance of rice and toppings, calculated with precision. Delicate knife skills and careful preparation further enhance the flavor of the sushi.
