We aim to create sushi that allows for a balanced enjoyment of local ingredients and seafood from outside Hokkaido.

Customers come to our restaurant for various reasons, and whether they are first-time visitors or regulars, their expectations of Maruzushi can differ at any given time. It is essential to sensitize ourselves to these differing expectations and express the flavors our customers desire beyond their expectations, as this is what could create a lasting memory of Maruzushi. We continue to strive daily to earn their request to return.

Above all, we want our establishment to be high-end. Our prices are quite high. Meeting those who come to enjoy our sushi as a personal treat is what sustains us in our work.

In the future, we aim to continue serving sushi that deserves to be called a "reward."
