At our restaurant, you can enjoy the now-standard "with soba" and the style of eating with a special spatula for okonomiyaki sauce, which all stemmed from our unique ideas.

Having walked together with the history of post-war reconstruction, our establishment has become the perfect izakaya for lunch and dinner in Hiroshima City. Our commitment lies in cooking with multiple people to ensure a consistent taste each day. We eliminate differences between chefs to provide the same deliciousness to all customers.

By using fresh cabbage daily and changing the cutting method based on the season and condition, we minimize variations in texture. During holiday periods, we use about 1 ton of cabbage to steam-cook the batter to a fluffy finish.
