A sushi restaurant where you can enjoy sushi and a variety of dishes woven together with years of experience and skill.

Our restaurant is based on the concept of Edomae sushi and thoughtfully prepared dishes. We only offer an omakase course, and the menu varies daily, using fresh ingredients sourced from Toyosu Market and carefully selected items directly shipped from various regions.

The interior is a refined space centered around "Wabi-sabi," featuring only 8 counter seats, providing ample space between them, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, we offer a selection of sake and Japanese beverages that complement our dishes.

    In addition to expertly crafted sushi, you can enjoy seasonal dishes made with fresh ingredients. We offer carefully selected fresh fish from Toyosu as well as seasonal fish shipped directly from various regions across the country. A complimentary glass of bottled beer or soft drink is included.

Signature menu

  • mid-sized konoshiro gizzard shad (i.e. about 15 cm in size)
    Kohada is prepared with a great deal of care and attention.
    The owner's favorite ingredient, kohada, is the key to the sushi chef's skill.
  • sea eel
    You can enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients as much as you like.
    The sweet sauce enhances the aroma and taste of the ingredients. The sea eel is carefully selected for its good condition, so you can enjoy the original taste of the sea eel to the fullest.
  • Seasonal Cuisine
    Using ingredients that are in season at the time, they are carefully prepared one by one by adding their own hands to the ingredients.
