A relaxing Nishi-Azabu hideaway. Sushi and Japanese cuisine made with seasonal ingredients directly from the production area will delight your taste buds.

Our chefs work diligently with the ingredients to bring out the best of the season's produce.

Using carefully selected quality ingredients from all over Japan, our course meals consist of a la carte dishes and nigiri (hand-rolled sushi), allowing diners to enjoy seasonal flavors.
For example, not only the main ingredients, such as fresh sea urchins from Hokkaido and shijimi clams from Aomori Prefecture, but also the broth used for the soup stock is carefully selected and made in Japan.

In addition, we offer a wide selection of sake, such as "Jyuuyondai" and "Saku," carefully selected by the owner, as well as a wide selection of wines that go well with sushi.
Please enjoy our unique lineup, which is only available at our restaurant where gourmets gather, with our special sushi.

    This course includes 7 to 8 dishes, 12 pieces of nigiri, and rolls, making use of approximately 30 different ingredients.

    We use organic rice, which concentrates the strong umami of the rice itself. We change the cooking methods for each dish, using rice cooked in a pot for the nigiri and a clay pot for the simmered dishes. There is a focus on the details to bring out the flavors of seasonal ingredients.
