Our restaurant is the destination for adults seeking authenticity.
Every morning, the chef himself goes to the Toyosu Market to select the freshest seafood, being conscious of the aroma and season of the fish.

He makes sure to take the time to age and dehydrate the ingredients.
He creates sushi rice with a sense of unity by mixing rice and vinegar exclusively for sushi.
We showcase our craftsmanship by making the most of the advantages of the ingredients.

Sake and shochu are selected according to the season and the customer's taste and mood.
Although a high-class sushi restaurant, our cozy six-seat special seating area is perfect for both everyday use and special occasions.
