The best sushi, a fusion of carefully selected ingredients and techniques

We combine the best ingredients of the day from Hokkaido and other regions with sushi techniques.
We are especially particular about tuna, and procure it from Yamayuki, one of the best tuna suppliers in Japan.
Each piece of sushi is prepared with care and attention by our chef, and is served with a glass of sake carefully selected by our chef.

We have counter seats, tatami room seats, and private rooms where you can watch the chef's nigiri techniques up close.
If you have a preference, please contact us.
As the sushi restaurant is located inside the hotel, we welcome guests with children.
