Please enjoy the one-of-a-kind dining experience and performance that can only be found at this restaurant!
We use fish directly from the San'in region and beef from Manyo and female cows.
The course menu is made up of more than 18 dishes using the best seasonal ingredients, and is sure to satisfy you.

The restaurant has a 10-seat counter made of hinoki cypress, which is the origin of the restaurant's name, and the space is warm and inviting with the scent of hinoki cypress.
