This was exceptional. Chef Hiroki is highly skilled and very friendly. He was conversing in Japanese with two other patrons while he prepared everything in front of us. His English is minimal, but was happy to speak with us after the meal to get to know us. Watching him slice the fish, roll the rice, dab the wasabi, and press the toppings for nigiri, made the experience extra special. There were also a lot of items that we hadn't had yet. Definitely worth the once in a lifetime experience.
