Ingredients are selected by going to the market every day and sometimes visiting other parts of the country.
With no restaurant experience, he is completely self-taught and offers completely original cuisine.

The interior of the restaurant is a stylish and sophisticated fusion of Japanese and modern styles.
Seating is at the counter only, so diners can enjoy the live atmosphere while waiting for their food to be prepared.
