[Aburasoba] is ramen without broth!
Compared to ramen, it has fewer calories and about half the salt content.
We are particular about our noodles and use 100% Hokkaido wheat.
The sauce is simmered for several days and soaks up the flavor of the ingredients.

The best way to eat abura soba is to eat it hot!
Quickly mix the noodles with the sauce.
Adjust the flavor to your own liking with vinegar, garlic, hot sauce, etc.â
