You can enjoy sushi that incorporates "Edo ryori," which is the origin of "Edo-mae-zushi" and is based on a recipe deciphered from a 200 year old document.
We offer sushi and course meals carefully prepared by artisans using seasonal ingredients.
Our chefs have trained and honed their skills at starred sushi restaurants in Tokyo.
