Seasonings are used according to the type of meat and part of the meat.
We are also particular about seasonings and mix our special sauce and dressing using local soy sauce and miso.

We cut the meat after receiving your order in order to prevent oxidation of the meat.
We do this because we want the meat to be served in the best possible condition.
