We are a standing buckwheat noodle restaurant with 11 branches in Tokyo.
The soba and udon that many of our customers enjoy every day are flavors that we have developed over many years of trial and error.
The reason why we are particular about the ingredients is because we want to provide food that can be enjoyed with peace of mind.

The noodles we use are made from buckwheat flour produced in Japan after many years of trial and error.
We use buckwheat flour with a good aroma and blend it to suit both hot and cold soups.
Vegetables used in our menu are carefully selected Japanese domestic vegetables with a focus on safety for our customers.
Tempura made with fresh vegetables and a bowl of seasonal vegetables simmered in our special broth are not only delicious, but also safe for our customers.
