Rich and aromatic matcha green tea, soba noodles, and sweet dishes.
The matcha is made from Uji tea, which has a sweet and mellow taste after an astringent taste.
The soba noodles are made with high-quality Sarashina flour and Uji matcha.
No coloring or flavoring is used, and you can enjoy the original aroma of matcha.

We also offer a sweet menu using Uji matcha with its mellow aroma, which goes well with soba noodles.
