    The tender and robust flavor of duck meat and the sweetness of kujo leek with our special egg!
    Sukiyaki duck is served on a bed of Kujo leek, a traditional Kyoto vegetable.
    When the pot with homemade broth begins to simmer, the duck meat is quickly cooked through and served with an egg to preserve its tender texture.
    Finally, udon noodles are made with the sweetness of the duck and leek broth.
