When you visit Kanazawa, please come to our restaurant in Nonoichi.
We use Japanese domestic buckwheat flour and serve 100% buckwheat flour (Jyuwari) buckwheat dishes.
Our Tempura Soba as well as Kamo Nanban (Soba noodles with duck meat) are very popular.
We also serve a variety of local Noto sake that goes well with our dishes.
