The "Samurai Oyster," produced in Hyogo Prefecture, is large and very juicy! The fresh "raw oyster" can be ordered at any time of the year.

Of course, steamed oysters and butter-grilled oysters are also exquisite!

There are many creative dishes that combine chicken, such as "oyster wing gyoza," which uses whole oysters, and "oysters and neck meat ajillo," which pairs well with alcohol!
