We offer reasonably priced "Yamato Beef", a Japanese black beef that we procure from our own ranch!

In order to provide you with high quality meat, we have our own ranch and spend a lot of time and effort on the meat from the breeding stage.
We are able to offer a wide range of meat, from standard parts to rare parts, because we only use one cow that has been raised.

  • Kainomi
    It is the part of the rose near the fillet.
    It is called [Kainomi] because its shape resembles mussels.
    It is a rare part with a good balance of lean and fatty meat!
  • Misuji.
    This part of the meat is fatty and smooth to the touch.
    It is especially recommended for those who like marbled meat and fatty meat!
  • Sasami
    It is an easy-to-eat portion for both men and women of all ages, with no fatty taste.
    The sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the meat spread in the mouth.
  • Ichibo
    It is the part of the muscle located at the tip of the buttocks.
    It is a firm and chewy part of the meat, and you can enjoy the rich flavor of the lean meat.
