  • Kainomi
    It is the part of the rose near the fillet.

    It is a rare part with a good balance of lean and fatty meat!
  • Misuji.
    This part of the meat is fatty and smooth to the touch.
    It is especially recommended for those who like marbled meat and fatty meat!
  • Sasami
    It is an easy-to-eat portion for both men and women of all ages, with no fatty taste.
    The sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the meat spread in the mouth.
  • Ichibo
    It is the part of the muscle located at the tip of the buttocks.
