Our shop was established in 1987 in front of Toyama Station. Since its founding, it has continued to evolve and innovate with carefully selected wagyu beef sourced by meat professionals. We never compromise on meat, side dishes, or service, providing the best experience every day.

Signature menu

  • Kuwabara Yaki
    This sirloin steak is made by cutting off all the excess portion of the sirloin and using only the luxurious center of the sirloin.
    Serve with a beaten egg after grilling.

    Enjoy the juiciness of the meat and the sweetness of the fat.
  • lean roast
    We recommend grilling the lean loin cut into large pieces quickly.
    Serve it refreshingly dipped in a special vinegar mixture of kaiware, green onion, and grated daikon radish!
  • Yukke (sweet shrimp)
    3,278(JPY)
    This yukke is a fusion of amaebi (sweet shrimp), a representative food of Ishikawa Prefecture, and wagyu beef thigh parts.
    The salted malt made from our signature rice is used to bring out the flavor of the sweet shrimp even more.
    On top of the shrimp, we put an egg from Tanaka Farms, which is a perfect match for both the meat and seafood without any cloying taste.
    It is a great dish on its own, but we hope you will enjoy it with rice as well!
