  • Kuwabara Yaki
    This sirloin steak is made by cutting off all the excess portion of the sirloin and using only the luxurious center of the sirloin.
    Serve with a beaten egg after grilling.

    We recommend grilling the lean loin cut into large pieces quickly.
    Serve it refreshingly dipped in a special vinegar mixture of kaiware, green onion, and grated daikon radish!
