A specialty of Okabayashi that has been loved for many years, conger eel is hand-rolled into a masterpiece.
We value our desire to serve the ingredients that we have fallen in love with in their most delicious form.
The steamed conger eel is soft and tender.
The flavorful sauce enhances the appeal of the ingredients.
