We are a restaurant specializing in tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, operating mainly in Yokohama and Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Tokyo.
Since our establishment in 1997, we have been serving authentic ramen that even those who do not like tonkotsu can become addicted to.

The rich, mild tonkotsu soup is free of any odor, and the noodles are made with smooth, firm Hokkaido wheat flour.
The toppings such as roasted sauce, tender chashu pork and bamboo shoots add to the deliciousness of our ramen.
