We offer authentic sushi made with fish sourced through our unique routes. We are particular about our ingredients, and among them, our recommendation is the "Hon Maguro (Bluefin Tuna) Nigiri." You can enjoy the natural umami and the chewy texture of the tuna aged to its perfect flavor. Our courses feature seasonal fresh fish as well as dishes using truffles, abalone, and caviar. Please savor them together with a wide variety of sake. Sushi at Fukushima not only surprises and delights with the freshness and harmony of its ingredients but also with its appearance and texture, making the meal itself a form of entertainment. Looking toward the future, we dream of foreigners becoming bridges connecting different countries and people through sushi to global gourmets and culture enthusiasts, spreading empathy and understanding. *Reservations made through the Japan Food Guide are advantageous.
