Enjoy authentic sushi made with the finest ingredients, including aged hon maguro (tuna).

We offer authentic sushi using fish that we procure from our own channels.
We are particular about the ingredients we use, and we recommend the "Hon Maguro (Hon Tuna) Nigiri.
The tuna is aged until it is ready to eat, and the original flavor and firm texture of the tuna can be enjoyed.
The course also features fresh seasonal fish, truffles, and shark's fin.
Please enjoy it with a wide variety of Japanese sake.
Sushi Fukushima's sushi surprises and impresses not only with the freshness and harmony of its ingredients, but also with its appearance and texture, making the meal itself a kind of entertainment. This is the most wonderful and fun experience in Omakase, Sushi Fukushima provided the warmth of Japanese and their born humbleness and humour. Both myself and hubby had a great time enjoying the freshness of the food and the environment. Will visit again in 3 months time with other friends.
