Our lamb is Australian.
The high-quality lamb raised on vast grounds has little gamy flavor and plenty of umami!
The juicy grilled "skewers" are paired with a fragrant special spice.
The specialty "lamb dishes" unique to our restaurant can be enjoyed all at once as part of a course.
