Enjoy domestically produced juwari soba (buckwheat noodles), stone-ground in the restaurant, with carefully selected Japanese sake.

Located just a short distance from Rokko-michi Station, we grind our buckwheat flour on a millstone set up at the entrance of the restaurant.
You can enjoy authentic Japanese buckwheat noodles and charcoal grilled skewers with just the right amount of charcoal in one hand, as well as alcoholic beverages in the other.
Based on the concept of "fusion of tradition and innovation," the restaurant is a relaxing space based on an old Japanese-style house, but blended with a modern interior.
