    This dinner time only course allows you to enjoy Cheese Tavern CASCINA's signature dishes from appetizer to dessert.
    The course begins with an amuse made with caviar, followed by three kinds of appetizers: Carpaccio of tuna fatty tuna, prosciutto and buffalo ricotta, and today's appetizer.
    The signature dish is the flame carbonara.
    For the main dish, we have roasted beef filet and raclette with farm vegetables.
    Please enjoy a luxurious dinner in our cozy dining room wrapped in the warmth of wood.
