    Salted Motsu Hot Pot and Sashimi Course

    Omote Residence is proud of this dish! This is a course in which you can taste the original salted motsunabe.
    We use only domestic whole intestines for our motsu nabe!
    The soup stock is made from natural salt and kelp, with just the right amount of spices, and we use very little garlic, so there is no smell.
    Please enjoy our signature motsu nabe along with other delicacies made with the best seasonal ingredients from Kyushu.

    Appetizer: Seasonal fish with malted rice and salmon roe in soy sauce, braised scallion with shiguren sauce, seasonal rice cake, yuzu aroma
    Sashimi: "seasonal sashimi" from the Genkai Sea
    Chopstick rest: Various spring vegetables, spring oyster ball
    Aperitifs: "budding spring", Japanese dim sum of squid with a sprinkling of Japanese sea snails, baked duck with bamboo shoots, deep-fried long-handled prawns
    One-pot dish: Hakata Hyoutei's original salted morotsu nabe
