At night, we are a [specialty store for motsunabe and grilled offal], and during the day, we are a [specialty store for motsunabe and Hakata ramen].

- Our recommendation is the mentaiko and fatty offal motsunabe. We also offer two types of motsunabe enjoyed with Kyushu's delicious soy sauce and gold sesame miso soup.

- A new specialty of Hakata is [teppan motsu Hakata yaki]. The rich taste of the [black rich miso (Kokunou Miso)] is addictive. Enjoy the [mentaiko umashio] with refreshing salt sauce and lemon.

- We also serve Hakata ramen for lunch (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM).

- The interior is simple and stylish. Private rooms can accommodate up to 8 guests!
