Noboritei Shinjuku-ten / 登亭 新宿店
The luxury of boneless large eel woven by tradition and craftsmanship. Please enjoy the taste of Edo to your heart's content.
The predecessor of Noboritei is an eel wholesaler established in 1837!
We are an eel specialty restaurant that handles "fatty" and "meaty large eel" carefully selected by the connoisseurs of eel wholesalers!
We are particular about "removing small bones thoroughly because we handle large eels" and serve all kabayaki as "boneless eel".
Although the boning process is time-consuming, we do not reflect this in our prices.
All of our employees are committed to carefully removing the small bones one by one so that even children can enjoy the dish without worry. (Please understand that some small bones cannot be removed even by our skilled chefs.)
Please enjoy the juicy "taste of Edo" with "big tasty big eel" grilled "hot, fluffy and tender" with "secret sauce" that has been added since the establishment of the restaurant.
Eel is a "treasure house of nutrients! ~All of our employees look forward to serving you.
