Montblanc spins brocade with a fineness of 1 mm

The brocade produced by our original pressing machine offers the original flavor of chestnuts and a mellow taste.

In addition to Mont Blanc, which offers the flavor and smoothness of Japanese chestnuts, we also offer parfaits and tarts made with Japanese chestnuts and seasonal fruits.
We also recommend the Mont Blanc with a layer of shaved ice and brocade, available only during the summer season.
