"Sumire" offers Kanto style sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. While Kansai-style sukiyaki is light in flavor, Kanto-style sukiyaki is darker in flavor and based on soy sauce, mirin (sweet cooking rice wine), and dashi (soup stock). The meats served are carefully selected, high-quality beef and pork. The moderate amount of fat in the meat enhances the flavor of hot pot. We hope you will try our Kanto style hot pot, which is different from the usual.
