We buy a whole head of "Yamagata Beef" nurtured by the nature of Michinoku (Tohoku region) from a contracted ranch. Yamagata Beef is one of the most famous Wagyu beef in Japan, and its fine texture and marble-like marbling are worthy of being called a work of art. We buy a whole cow so that you can fully enjoy the rare parts of Yamagata Beef.
