We purchase the entire "Yamagata Beef," nurtured by the great nature of Michinoku (Tohoku region), from contracted farms. The meat is finely textured, and its marbling is worthy of being called a work of art, representing Japan's wagyu. Because we buy the whole cow, you can fully enjoy rare cuts that are available. Please enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere with high-grade store décor. Private rooms are also available.
