We purchase whole Yamagata beef cattle from contracted farms, nurtured by the great nature of Michinoku. The finely textured meat with marble-like marbling is a masterpiece, representing Japan's premier wagyu. Because we buy whole cattle, you can fully enjoy rare cuts available only through this method. Please enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere in our high-grade interior. Private rooms are also available.
