We purchase Yamagata Beef, nurtured by the great nature of Michinoku, directly from a contracted farm. The fine texture and marbling of the meat are worthy of being called a work of art, representing Japan's Wagyu beef. With whole cattle buying, you can enjoy a variety of rare cuts that are only available this way. Please enjoy a unique space with high-grade interior decor. Private rooms are also available.
