We purchase an entire cow of "Yamagata beef," nurtured by the great nature of Michinoku, directly from contracted farms. The fine-grained meat with marble-like marbling is a masterpiece and a representative Wagyu of Japan. Because we buy the whole cow, you can fully enjoy rare parts that are only available through whole-cow purchase. Enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere in our high-grade store interior. Private rooms are also available.
