A renowned establishment granted the sole privilege of inheriting the Akasaka flagship, “Sushi Matsumoto,” which earned one Michelin star.

Within a single course, the chef’s keen sensibility—honed through years of experience—shines through in playful appetizers and a meticulously calculated contrast with traditional, authentic Edo-style sushi.
