We will serve original gyoza made with leeks, lemons, oysters, and Hiroshima greens, all of which are local specialties of Hiroshima Prefecture. Miyajima draft beer, sours and highballs are also available along with "Negi-kake Gyoza," which is made with a generous amount of leeks from Hiroshima Prefecture.
