Hakata Gion “Yonehachi” has inherited the original name of a business founded in the first year of the Meiji era, and in Reiwa 7 has relocated to Gokusho-machi and opened its noren curtain.
Built upon the techniques of “Sushi-dokoro Tsukuda,” a renowned restaurant awarded two stars on a world-famous gourmet site.
Our master chef, trained at prestigious establishments, works with wild fish delivered from Karatsu to prepare Japanese cuisine that reflects the seasons, along with omakase sushi.
