The master chef’s keen sensibility, honed through countless years of experience, shines through in a course that perfectly brings together playful appetizers and the carefully calculated contrast with traditional, orthodox Edomae sushi.

Only the Omakase Course is served.
The course begins with a palate-relaxing appetizer and witty small bites, followed by traditional, authentic Edomae nigiri.
