Akasaka Sushi Matsumoto was featured on a world-renowned gourmet website in 2019 and 2020.
Within a single course, the chef’s keen sensibility, honed through years of experience, shines through in a delightful selection of playful appetizers and a meticulously crafted contrast with traditional, authentic Edomae sushi.
We serve only an Omakase Course Menu. The course begins with palate-awakening starters and witty small dishes, followed by traditional, authentic Edomae nigiri. Please enjoy our cuisine.
