At Sushi Ryu, in addition to carefully selected seasonal ingredients chosen with great attention to detail, we serve natural seafood from nearby seas prepared using the traditional techniques of Edomae sushi.
Another appeal is the warm, inviting atmosphere, created in Shibuya with the wish that even younger guests can feel free to use the restaurant.
