Akasaka Sushi Matsumoto has been awarded one star for two consecutive years by a world-renowned gourmet guide. The chef, with his sharp sensibility honed through numerous experiences, creates playful appetizers that brilliantly contrast with the traditional, authentic Edomae sushi, all perfectly balanced within a single course.
Only the omakase course is offered. The course begins with a rich clam soup that soothes the heart, followed by witty appetizers, and culminates in traditional, authentic Edomae nigiri. Please enjoy.
