Akasaka Sushi Matsumoto has been awarded one Michelin star for two consecutive years in a global gourmet guide.

The sharp sensibility of the head chef, honed through numerous experiences, shines through playful appetizers, creating a meticulously calculated contrast with the traditional and authentic Edomae sushi, all completed within a single course.

Only the "Omakase course" is served. Please enjoy the traditional and authentic Edomae nigiri sushi.
