    At Ginza Shabutsu, we offer a luxurious all-you-can-eat course featuring seven kinds of meat, including Matsusaka beef thigh and Kibi Maru pork, a premium branded pork from Okinawa Prefecture. Our specially selected Matsusaka beef thigh is characterized by its finely textured meat and rich umami, with mellow fat that gently spreads in your mouth for an exceptional taste. By contrast, Kibi Maru pork has beautiful marbling that rivals even high-quality wagyu, allowing you to especially enjoy the sweetness of its fat.
