Our restaurant is a chef’s choice sushi bar that enhances the value of locally sourced fish using Edo-style sushi techniques.

The ingredients may change depending on the supply from fishermen.

We prepare each sushi with heartfelt care so that our customers can fully enjoy their experience.

We offer sushi made daily with the best seasonal fish from Hokkaido and tuna directly delivered from the long-established "Tennen Maguro Daizen" at Toyosu Market, maximizing the natural flavors of the ingredients.

The sushi rice made with red vinegar pairs excellently with our carefully selected local sake.

It is a charming neighborhood sushi restaurant that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era.
